Adding Tender Prices to a Job

You cannot import a tender price into a job as an estimated purchase cost.

Although the purchase line item is linked to the tender (and shown to be linked), the awarded tender price cannot be imported onto the line. As such, you may want to manually add the awarded value into the purchase line item cost field.

If you have a tender associated with a purchase line in a job, you should NOT use the Create PO button on the job screen; otherwise, the tender details are not used for the PO. If you have created a tender, you must navigate to the tender first and then click Create PO from the tender (on the Compare and Award tab). After you convert the tender to a PO and fill in the PO actuals, the Actual PO values are displayed on the job page in the normal way.
